1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

• Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To secure your refund, please ensure the package is returned within 14 days of receiving the return instructions/label.
• Warehouse Location: Our return warehouse is located in China (CN). Please email us for the exact return address.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Therefore, we provide a 1-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order or change your shipping address. Beyond this 1-hour mark, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

4. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., loose, non-opening, or non-closing clasps), you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

• Requirements: You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect in your initial email within this 2-day window.
• Policy: If video/photo evidence is not provided within 2 days, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund or replacement.

5. Jewelry Care & Limitations

Our pieces are crafted to be tarnish-resistant, plated in 14k gold, 18k gold, or rhodium. However, to maintain their quality, we strongly recommend:

• Avoiding contact with water, sweat, and harsh chemicals.
• Removing jewelry before showering, sleeping, or swimming.

If the plating is scratched or worn away through regular use, exposure to moisture may cause tarnishing. We cannot grant refunds for items tarnished due to a lack of proper care.

6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants).
• Custom or personalized products (including special orders).
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Gift cards and sale items.

Free Gifts & Lifetime Warranty: Free gifts hold no monetary value and are not eligible for free replacements. However, they can be covered under our Lifetime Warranty for a fee of USD $10. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for further details.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet our standard return criteria (unworn, original packaging, tags attached, and proof of purchase).

9. Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at huenautjewelry@gmail.com.
